Hing Shing Electrical and Mechanical Limited (“Hing Shing”), founded in 1997, specializes in electrical and mechanical engineering projects. Hing Shing is reformed from Han Kee Electrical Limited, which was founded in early 1960s and engaged in electrical and mechanical engineering projects and trading of mechanical parts and materials.

Hing Shing is a registered electrical contractor. It is licensed by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department of the HKSAR government for design, installation and maintenance of building service systems, including electrical supply system, fire service system, water supply/drainage system and ventilation system. Most of Hing Shing’s personnel have over 10 years of experience in installing and maintaining building service systems of housing estates and are able to provide quality services.

Hing Shing adopts advanced project management technology, from design to field work, in order to meet the highest demand of its customers and ensure its customers can benefit the most from its one-stop services.

Hing Shing is a subsidiary of First Strategy Group (“FSG”). Other than building materials trading business, FSG also invests in construction business through its flagship, First Strategy Construction Project Management Limited (“First Strategy”). First Strategy specializes in providing project management services for building construction and interior design projects.
